After misty rain all morning it cleared up after lunch so abandoned work. Saw Dunk out while driving across the golf course so rapidly rigged the 12m kite and got on the water just after 3pm. Nice cruising weather with smooth waves to start with, but wind strengthened later on and by 5 was well powered. Sun came out as well and water felt really warm. Came off the water at 6.30 due to hunger... Just got home and rinsed the kit sky has gone black and its pelting down with rain as I type this. So it looks like my timing was perfect! Fantastic.
